MSInteractive strongly recommends training for new Perception Analyzer users. We also offer additional training for those in need. All training is performed by MSInteractive’s in-house Perception Analyzer training staff.

The following outlines the training options available.

New User Training – two days:
With MSInteractive’s standard two-day training, each student receives a complete level of instruction on all areas of the Perception Analyzer. This course will cover basics on day one, with a continuation in the instruction of advanced question types, A/V setup, and script creation on day two.

• Maximum of six students
• Available in your office or at the MSInteractive office in Portland, Oregon

Experienced User* Refresher Training – one or two days:
This course covers all changes in software since initial purchase, touches on basics, and delves into advanced options. The MSInteractive trainer will work with you to determine areas that need most attention.

• Generally one or two students
• Available in your office or at the MSInteractive office in Portland, Oregon

Experienced User*, Custom One-On-One, Refresher Training – one or two days:
This training option is tailor made to you. An MSInteractive trainer will work with those involved from your organization to determine what needs to be covered. This option is for people who have very specific or unusual needs that are not covered during a standard training or refresher course.

* “Experienced user” assumes a moderate level of experience with the PA System.
